Cherupayar Dosa (Pesarattu) by Rathi Murali



Cherupayar Dosa (Pesarattu)

Ingredients:

Cherupayar(moong dal)-1cup
Pachari-1/2cup
Onion-one small
Green chillies-4-5nos
Ginger-A medium piece
Hing-1/2tspoon
Jeera-1/2 tspoon
Salt-to taste

Method;

Soak cherupayar and pachari for 8 hrs.while grinding add the other ingredients,grind well…… The batter should not be too thin / thick.

Why wait?  Now start making yummy dosas :)

Serve hot with Coriander chutney / coconut chutney
