Uppu Nellikka Chamanthi


Items required:

Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salted Goosberries(uppu nellikka) - 5 (remove seeds)
Green Chillies - 4
Shallots(cheriya ulli) - 2-3
Curry leaves
Salt (add to your taste)

Method :

Grind coconut,green chillies and salted gooseberries together.
When it is nicely grinded add shallots and curry leaves and then grind it for a few more moments to mix well.

This is a simple and extremely tasty mix to taste with rice and other preparations and even with bread.
