Healthy Living - Squat Thrust

No time to go to the Gym. There are many exercises to get the right shape. Try these out to cut the flab to a fab body.

This exercise is easy and effective. Bend from your hips and knees to bend into a squat, rest your hands on the floor in front of you and then kick your legs back to get into a push up position. In other words, with your feet hip-width apart, bend your knees to place your hands on the ground and jump your feet back into a pushup position. Quickly reverse to return to standing.Repeat this exercise for around 15 times every day. You can increase the number slowly as you proceed.
